Denver, Colorado, May 14th, 2018 – GTRI, now Zivaro, Inc, Brilliance, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Carli Lhurs Director of Human Capital Management to its prestigious 2018 Women of the Channel list. The executives who comprise this annual list span the IT channel, representing vendors, distributors, solution providers and other organizations that figure prominently in the channel ecosystem. Each is recognized for her outstanding leadership, vision and unique role in driving channel growth and innovation.

CRN editors select the Women of the Channel honorees based on their professional accomplishments, demonstrated expertise and ongoing dedication to the IT channel.

Over the past year, Carli has advanced GTRI now Zivaro's, Human Capital strategy, striking the delicate balance between optimized costs and top-talent acquisition. She has implemented a consistent LMS and has standardized onboarding while executing a performance management system with real-time analytics. Carli has also applied a comprehensive benefit and compensation framework, leading to enhanced efficiency within the company.

Her work has opened opportunities to capitalize on talent market conditions, allowing GTRI now Zivaro, to create a new long-term federal consulting business, resulting in 21% of our 2017 net income. With Carli’s assistance and expertise, we mobilized company benefit data to build a multi-year strategy, facilitating a rich and competitive benefits plan that is aligned with our value creation strategy. As a result, GTRI now Zivaro realized a $270,000 cost reduction within the first year.
